Tokotini

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Beefeater 24 Gin
  • 20ml POM Wonderful 100% pomegranate juice grenadine (below)
  • 15ml Choya Umeshu
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • Dash Egg White
  • Grenadine
  • 10ml POM Wonderful 100% pomegranate juice
  • 10ml Grenadine
  • Barspoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 dash fee brothers rhubarb bitters

Directions:

Shake all ingredients very hard (to create froth) and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with pomegranate seeds or a ‘caramelised pomegranate’ (pomegranate seeds caramelised between two sheets of isomalt sugar).
